Hybrid presses
IMABE’s hybrid presses represent the latest innovation in compaction technology, combining the efficiency of a continuous baler with the versatility to produce two different bale formats in a single machine.
These balers are designed to compact a wide variety of forages, such as alfalfa, straw, and other similar materials. They are ideal for the continuous production of large bales, weighing between 750 and 850 kg, using 6 polypropylene ropes that ensure a firm and durable tie. Additionally, thanks to a patented IMABE accessory, it is possible to produce medium-sized bales, ranging from 350 to 450 kg, which can be tied with either a raffia sleeve or polypropylene strapping, providing greater stability and flexibility for both transport and storage.
With IMABE’s hybrid presses, a single machine offers the capability to produce two bale formats—large and medium—making them an ideal solution for various markets and sectors. This versatility optimizes logistics and improves the management of compacted materials.
The resulting bales are highly compact, maximizing space usage and significantly reducing transportation costs. IMABE’s hybrid balers not only guarantee high performance but also ensure durability and quality in every compaction cycle.
