Bale Cutter

Our bale cutter or “slicer,” is designed to cut field product bales into longitudinal and cross-sectional pieces. Its robust and versatile structure ensures an efficient cutting and handling process, providing an optimal solution for large volumes of work.

The feeding system is convenient and efficient, as it allows multiple bales to be stacked simultaneously, optimizing loading time and simplifying the cutting process. By cutting the field bales into small cubes, the forage arriving at the baler is already pre-compacted, helping achieve higher bale densities and improving the quality of the final product. This approach not only optimizes the baling process but also increases the overall system efficiency.

Bale Opener

IMABE’s Bale Openers (Debalers) are stationary machines designed specifically to break apart various types of bales. These machines are ideal for efficiently preparing forage and other packaged products before further processing.

The bale opener features a conventional feeding system with a metal slat conveyor on which the bales are placed to be undone. This conveyor operates at low speed and is of the right length to remove twines from the bales, ensuring a controlled and safe feeding process.

Once the bales reach the work zone, they are broken down by a rotor equipped with cutting blades that work effectively.

Metal Slat Feeders
